Monty has had a good couple of days. Yesterday, my friend Kristin came over and she thought that Monty looked really good. She has a Masters in Animal Science so she knows her stuff! Monty loved having a visitor. I have decided that walking her on a leash does not work. She goes way too fast and you can't ask her to slow down because she is just more comfortable going faster. I have been taking her on short walks by myself these past two days since Torsten has been at work. We made it to the end of the street down to the park tonight so that was good. She's also eating really well and doesn't seem to be any slower since she's been off all her pain medication.
Tomorrow we start the adventure with chemo. There is a small chance that it will make her sick and we're hoping that she is able to handle it okay. I'll make sure to update tomorrow evening after it's all over and done with.
